Together is how we work — the AHA/ASA, health care professionals, stroke survivors, caregivers, sponsors, supporters and caring individuals.

To End Stroke is what we’re striving for. Here’s how:

Prevent

Up to 80% of strokes may be prevented.

Treat

Treatment can often save lives and quality of life but only if patients get the right care, right away.

Beat

Making good rehab decisions and taking steps to prevent a second stroke may improve quality of life.

Stroke Recovery: Get The Most Out of Rehab
Stroke is largely beatable and stroke survivors should be referred to rehab facilities to participate in acute rehab, sub-acute rehab or skilled nursing facilities to recover from their stroke.

Together to End Stroke Anthem
This video brings awareness to the American Stroke Association’s consumer initiative Together to End Stroke which aims to educate consumers that stroke is largely preventable, treatable and beatable.
